We all know interviews can be stressful. During your next interview, consider asking some light, get-to-know-you questions to help put the interviewee at ease, build rapport and determine if they'll fit within the company culture.

Consider a few of these:

What’s your dream job?
What’s your favorite type of music?
If you could be any animal, what type would you be and why?
If you could meet anyone, who would you like to meet and why?
What is one thing that has happened in your life that has made the biggest impact on who you are today?
