Many aspects of the hiring process have changed but one thing that remains the same is the importance of the thank you note. This can be done via email or to ‘stand out’ consider a handwritten card in the mail. This could show off your soft skills to an employer which in turn could be the deciding factor in whether or not you land an offer.
