THE ROLE:

DESCRIPTION:

This retained search is being conducted on behalf of our innovative client who is a modular provider of cleanrooms, clean spaces, and cold storage solutions.

The Site Project Manager is responsible for managing all on-site aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The Superintendent serves as the key liaison between field crews, subcontractors, project managers, and clients.

HIGHLIGHTS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities

  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and material deliveries

  • Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, and local building codes

  • Maintain and enforce site safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards

  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, track and report progress

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor quality control and workmanship

  • Address and resolve any field issues or delays that arise during construction

  • Maintain clear and accurate daily logs and documentation

  • Hold regular meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available as needed

  • Coordinate inspections and work with city officials, engineers, and consultants

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or general contracting

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and safety regulations

  • Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively

  • OSHA 30 certification required

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
