Many companies are using either Skype or FaceTime. Treat this as a formal face to face interview. Do a test run with your recruiter before skyping with the company. Dress professionally, ensure that the area in view is clean, make sure that your pets are not in the room and your landline will not ring. Provide a cell phone number as a back-up just in case Skype or FaceTime has a problem.
