This search is being conducted on behalf of our Medical Device client who has FDA approval for the treatment of depression. This treatment has the CE mark of approval and is used globally.
This individual will be responsible for the for all aspects of the clinical trial strategy. This includes development of study strategy, study design, as well as study protocol.
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and efficient person who is passionate to make a difference in lives of people with psychiatric disorders.
Location: This company is located in the metro Philadelphia area in an area that allows for easy commute to local major roadways.

HIGHLIGHTS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic clinical support for Clinical and Medical organizations, including development of study strategy and study design, as well as protocol development. The scope of responsibilities includes premarket and post-market clinical trials, as well as external Investigator Initiated Studies.
Develop strong expertise in relevant disease states and build productive relationship with KOLs and industry consultants.
Stay abreast with relevant clinical literature in psychiatry and neurology.
Work closely with the internal and external staff to develop clinical study strategies while giving a strong consideration to risk/benefit analysis.
Help plan and actively participate in the company’s advisory boards.
Provide support to other departments to ensure timely execution of cross-functional objectives.
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science degree required: preferable in Life Sciences or related discipline
Broad Experience in medical device and/or pharma clinical research, including study design and protocol development.
5+ years of experience in managing people.
Medical device and/or Pharmaceutical experience in Psychiatry or Neurology preferred.
