Ms. Gross started her career as a CCU nurse at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. After moving to Philadelphia she continued her nursing career at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital on the CCU. She moved into pharmaceutical sales with Schering Plough, now Merck Schering.
After leaving sales, she spent 14 years recruiting physicians, specializing in the placement of psychiatrists and internal medicine physicians. Having established relationships with psychiatric facilities nationally, Donna was recognized as the "recruiter of choice" in psychiatry placements.
In 2011 Donna joined The Bandish Group focusing her efforts in the placement of clinical development, medical affairs, compliance, data analytics, regulatory and marketing professionals. This is an area in which she has honed her skills due to her attention to detail, persistence and excellent communication skills. She thoroughly enjoys meeting new people through recruiting.
