This Head of External Alliance and Customer Experience search is being conducted on behalf of our global biopharmaceutical client who is always pushing the boundaries of science. They have a passion for discovery and a strong pipeline. Their Oncology therapy area is unparalleled.
This is an opportunity to be part of a new department covering digital innovation strategy. One will be a key member of the Global Commercial Innovation, Digital and Strategy team, and report to the Head of Global Digital Alliance and is a daily business partner to the Global Franchise Head, Oncology.
You will be surrounded by people who share your determination to tackle the world’s toughest medical challenges. You will lead a worldwide community to drive capabilities across the Oncology Business Unit to enable better strategic and operational decisions in the context of a rapidly evolving oncology marketplace and evolving customer needs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND ROLE:
Opportunity to be part of a new department covering digital innovation strategy.
One should have an oncology background and be capable of having business development, partnership and data sharing agreements conversation with C Level Executives from Health Institutions.
This person will lead digital campaigns across different regions and markets.
This person will drive strategic priorities and the actual execution and pull through while also collecting data and engagements with other advocacies or even patients themselves.

Enhance insights with feedback from worldwide leadership and their innovation teams.
Elevate Business Partnerships, worldwide customer relationships and market strategy knowledge to understand key stakeholder’s business acumen.
Provide insights and external customer knowledge for major strategic decisions.
Continuous engagement in worldwide customers, their teams and their objectives to better suit their challenges and needs with innovative solutions.
Ability to develop and implement a clear vision in line with the different business models, with the customer experience at the center.
(Honorary) leadership member with the ability to influence across the commercial groups and senior leaders.
Elevate Business Relations, worldwide forecasting and business optimization.
Anticipate and optimize new opportunities within the global innovation realm.
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in scientifically relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of market research & customer relations experience within a pharmaceutical or life sciences organization specializing in oncology.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to develop recommendations, and ability to persuade/influence organization pursuit of recommended path.
Experience in communicating and partnering with leadership on a global scale.
