Jackie Bandish
Ms. Bandish began her career in Human Resources and has been recruiting across multiple discipline areas within both the corporate and agency settings. In 1996 Ms. Bandish established her own pharmaceutical recruiting company, a certified woman-owned business specializing in providing staffing solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

The Bandish Group encompasses her experience of full life cycle recruiting and career coaching, her ability to build long-lasting relationships and her enthusiasm for the fast-paced recruiting environment.

Janene Cleary
Ms. Cleary earned a Bachelor of Science from West Chester University. A respected and well-networked pharmaceutical industry recruiter with nine years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, Ms. Cleary specializes in placing clinical and medical affairs professionals.

She is dedicated to meeting and understanding clients' needs and derives great satisfaction from identifying the best fit for both clients and candidates. Ms. Cleary embraces good business practices and is known for her integrity, making her a valued member of the Bandish team since 2001.

She enjoys gardening and interior design, as well as spending time with her husband and two sons.

Liz Owen
Ms. Owen specializes in the placement of clinical and medical affairs, sales and marketing professionals. With over twelve years in executive search, including six years in pharmaceutical staffing,

Ms. Owen serves her clients with enthusiasm, intensity and dedication to learning their corporate cultures. Her unrelenting drive for results allows her to partner with her clients to successfully fulfill their staffing needs in a timely manner.

Liz has also been an active participant in Make-A-Wish Foundation fundraising events that annually grants wishes for children with life threatening illnesses.

Donna Gross
Ms. Gross started her career as a CCU nurse at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. After moving to Philadelphia she continued her nursing career at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital on the Medical CCU Team. She moved into pharmaceutical sales with Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals, now Merck Schering.

For the past 14 years she specialized in psychiatry physician recruitment. She established relationships with psychiatric facilities nationally becoming named "recruiter of choice." Donna was known to locate just the right fit for each facility. Donna is also known for her outstanding work ethic. Over the years Donna branched out her services which later included recruiting Hospitalists, Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians.

To diversify her breath of experience, Donna joined the Bandish Group in September of 2011, specializing her efforts in the placement of Clinical and Medical Affairs professionals.

Donna has been a part of the Philadelphia Dragonboat Festival raising money for The Foxchase Cancer Center and tutored students through the Abington Library Literacy Program.

Reeny Crawford
After earning a BA in English and a Certificate of Specialization in Writing from Temple University, Ms. Crawford began her career as an Immigration Paralegal focusing on employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. After more than four years of supporting work force diversity through immigration law, she decided to enter a wholly different industry within employment - pharmaceutical executive recruitment.

As a Recruiting Assistant, Ms. Crawford maintains the firm's extensive database of candidates, conducts research, sources talent, and performs various administrative duties to support the Senior Recruiters of the team.
