Ms. Houck began at Sidney FCU working in the banking industry as a teller before moving to Abu Dhabi to become a Jiu-Jitsu Coach. Upon her return to the US she founded a Woman-Owned Gym and was responsible for all the business operations. It is a compilation of all her skillsets that afforded her the opportunity to join The Bandish Group as a Life Sciences Recruiter. With each search, she focuses on building long-lasting relationships.
Christina specializes in full life-cycle recruitment with positions ranging from preclinical through to drug development, medical affairs, marketing, and commercialization.
She has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and is persistent and committed to finding your best fit not just any fit.
She thoroughly enjoys meeting new people through recruiting. Advancing the careers of candidates in a mutually satisfying way for the client and candidate is what she is passionate about.
